Sukan Perak (SUPER) is a state level official sport event which serves as a filter to obtain athletes to represent Perak state in Sukan Malaysia (SUKMA).
SUPER IV was held in year 2011, 17-19 March at San Min (Private) Secondary School Hall.
Kobe Osaka Perak Karate-Do Association has almost 25 fighters who were being selected to represent districts.
